The theme of the 2019 ACN was "Nutrition and Food Innovation for Sustained Well-Being". The aim of the congress is to promote nutrition and food innovation and to encourage scientific exchange between researchers, food, nutrition, and health professionals in Asia and around the world. ACN also a place for students and researchers, especially in the field of nutrition, to meet and discuss with leading researchers and leaders in the world of nutrition. Nutrition and food scientists must consider the interactions between food, health, the environment, and local socio-economic conditions. APPNIA had the opportunity to participate in this congress and introduce various activities and support that APPNIA members have provided for government programs, academia and the community.
