APPNIA members are committed to complying with the WHO Code on Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes, Laws Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health, Government Regulation Number 33 of 2012 concerning Exclusive Breastfeeding and other regulations.
The member of APPNIA committed to work together with all stakeholders to leverage its existing resources in a synergizing role to support the Government of Indonesia’s programs on improving the nutrition and health status of mothers and children in Indonesia. Collaborating with government, academia, professional organizations, scientific institutions and other relevant stakeholders, we are actively working together to ensure the best for mothers and children.
APPNIA establishes and implements internal monitoring system to ensure that all members comply with all law and regulations to reinforce our commitment. Those monitoring system is applied in the form of Internal Procedure, Marketing Guidelines for retailer, as well as Marketing Guidelines for e-commerce.
We are also committed to continue, providing high quality nutritional products that commit with food safety standards with the latest technological research and development
